Return and Refund Policy

Return Window

We offer a 30 day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition.

Non Returnable Items

Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on nasal spray products that have been opened or used. Additionally, any items that arrive damaged cannot be returned. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at theproject2740@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
