Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within one business day. We process orders every day of the week, including weekends and holidays. Please note that we do not offer expedited processing at this time.

Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times begin from the date of shipment. We ship to all countries worldwide. For customers in the United States, estimated delivery time is five to nine business days. International delivery times may vary depending on your location and local customs procedures.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at a flat rate. Orders that exceed a certain purchase amount qualify for discounted shipping rates. Applicable discounts will be displayed at checkout.

Tracking Information

We provide tracking information for all orders. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking details via email so you can monitor the status of your delivery.

Delayed or Missing Packages

If your package has not arrived, please allow at least 14 days from the date of shipment before contacting us. For confirmed lost packages, we will provide a replacement or refund unless evidence indicates the package was delivered successfully.
